How do I report an erratum?
We would be very grateful if you inform us of any anomaly you notice in one of our publications. You can send an email to contact@larcier-intersentia.com. Please don’t forget to explicitly mention the title and the edition (ISBN) of the publication and also the specific page(s) where the mistake is found.
The books I have received is damaged. How can I return it?
You can return a damaged product within a reasonable timeframe, so that it could be replaced. Send the book to the warehouse of your distributor below:
Please use only the original packaging, on which you will clearly indicate the statement ‘refused’. Add to the parcel a note explaining the reason for the return and, if possible, a copy of the invoice.
