About the editors
Jan Wouters is Jean Monnet Chair and Professor of International Law and International Organizations at the University of Leuven, Belgium. He is also Director of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies and the Institute for International Law at the University of Leuven, Member of the Royal Flemish Academy of Belgium for Sciences and Arts and Member of the Brussels Bar.
Philip De Man is PhD fellow with the Research Foundation Flanders, affiliated with the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies and the Institute for International Law of the University of Leuven, Belgium.
