What should I do if I forgot my password to my account? 

After clicking on "Log in", fill in the email address of your account and click on the link "Forgot your password". An email will be sent to you to allow you to reset your password.

How can I change my password? 

If you wish to change your password, you have to follow the same procedure as for resetting your password (see ‘What should I do if I forgot my password to my account?’).

Your password has to consist of minimum of 8 characters containing symbols, upper- and lowercase letters and special characters.

Can I change my personal data?

Once in your shopping basket (after having added an item), you can change your personal data. You can change your shipping or invoice details and your job title.
