European and international tax legislation takes centre stage in business life. The choice of company’s place of business, the transfer of a benefit from one State to another, the assistance given by a mother company to a subsidiary company situated in a different country, the choice to become non-resident or not to be tax resident in a given State, are only but a few topics covered by the Journal.

The Journal is aimed at tax law practitioners, companies, investors and States and it shall strive to shed some light on the differences existing between different national tax systems and their key aspects. It also deals with exchanges taking place between States and intra-groups in the world trade. National tax laws, bilateral tax conventions and tax standards emanating from the OCDE, the UN, the IMF and the World Bank shall be discussed.

Each issue will comprise :
• A regulatory, legislative and jurisprudential watch ;
• The latest developments in international and European tax law ;
• A topical review on a given current affairs theme ;
• Annual columns (business taxation, tax procedures, customs and excise law, VAT, wealth…).

All articles published in this journal are subject to a peer review process.
