Revue internationale des services financiers / International Journal for Financial Services
The International Journal of Financial Services analyses legislative, regulatory and case law developments in three closely related sectors: banking, financial markets and insurance.
The focus is on the international and European dimension of financial services law, in particular on the work of the three European supervisory authorities (ESMA, EBA, EIOPA) and international bodies (Basel Committee, IOSCO, IAIS, FATF in particular).
In addition, the review also includes substantial developments in comparative law, particularly in American law, whose influence in Europe is now undeniable.
Furthermore, the review adopts a cross-sectoral perspective, taking into account the issue of financial conglomerates, the supervision of which is at the heart of the concerns of the various supervisory bodies.
To complete the offer, tax aspects are covered: a special column is devoted to the taxation of financial services which presents major challenges for the construction of the internal market.
The contributions are published in French or English. Each contribution is systematically the subject of an abstract in French translated into English.
The journal is aimed at banking, finance and insurance professionals who are confronted with constant developments in this field.
